Kitty’s Miracle Fund is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization formed to raise funds for Tennessee Valley families whose children are being treated for Acute Myeloid Leukemia.
This is the IRS Determination Letter that identifies Kitty's Miracle Fund as a 501(c)(3) public charity. The Fund is exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to the Fund are tax deductible.
