Meet The Board

Victor Collazo Perez ---- President 

My day job is that of an Aerospace Engineer, but my real job is to be a father to my two children.  My daughter is very good friends with Catherine; they go to school together and play on the same soccer team.  I had the pleasure of meeting Catherine and her family last fall, when I helped coach the girls’ soccer team.  I was impressed with Catherine’s soccer skills from the get-go; she’s fast, and she seeks out the ball.  When my wife and I heard that Catherine’s family was becoming concerned over paying for her treatments after their insurance cap was reached, we decided to start Kitty’s Miracle Fund to try to alleviate them, and other families like them, of that worry.  My hope is for Catherine to recover and get back to the soccer field soon. 

Ana Lopez ---- Vice President/Treasurer 

I am a mother of two young children.  Catherine and my daughter are very good friends.  My husband and I established Kitty’s Miracle Fund not only because my daughter is friends with Catherine, but because Catherine’s mother reached out to me and touched my heart with the warmest of friendships.  My goal for the fund is to provide afflicted families, who experience a huge financial strain, with one less worry.  My hope is that the Miracle Fund will give these families some financial reprieve.
